We send you photographs of the “real” properties with all their nicks and dents so you can make a fully informed decision when choosing your property.
In our initial consultation with you, we will establish your lifestyle requirements while advising you on various locations suitable to you and your family’s needs – whether it be access to work, sports facilities and schools, we will advise you of the types of properties you can acquire in the best location within your budget.

We offer a complete search and acquisition service where we research all current property listings on and off the market - and follow on, if required, with our turnaround/refurbishment service – we identify and cost works prior to purchasing – then finally we will find you tenants and manage your property (see our let and managing service).   • Move out tenants and complete the final move out inspection

We don’t….

  • Send out costly repair engineers before firstly calling ourselves to establish the exact issue
  • Don’t charge a management fee during a period where the property is vacant
  • Arrange repairs (unless an emergency) without first having notified you of the cost
